Diamond Necklace with 3 cts. of Fine Round Diamonds and over 23 inches long
SOLD Contemporary 18K white gold long diamond necklace. There are exactly 337 small diamonds in this line necklace which is 23 1/8th inches in length. The estimated diamond weight is 3 cts. The diamonds are all finely match. They have been estimated to be slightly included to very slightly included, and I/K in color. Each small diamond is held by four prongs. The necklace weighs 15 grams (nearly one half of a troy ounce). The necklace, marked 18K WG, is in fine condition with a fine secure clasp. Mid-way down its length, it is joined together and then separates again creating an unusual design for a simple diamond sautoir.
In its purest form this piece is young and modern and if it was a story it might just be called, "simple".
