Private Salon
As always, PIerre/Famille offers throughout the year a private salon at your office, bank, home or attorney's office. Simply call for a private showing appointment. There is no charge and no obligation, really or implicit, other than a half hour (at least) of your time.

Conversely, we are unequivocally serious buyers of any unneeded jewelry, gold, silver, watches and antiques that our clients wish to divest from their collections. We are always discreetly purchasing small and large estates with immediate payment.

Repair Services
With over three decades in the industry, Pierre/Famille has established relationships with the finest craftsmen worldwide. It is through these exclusive partnerships that we are able to specialize in repairs to all fine jewelry, to the most delicate of heirlooms and to antique or modern watches.

Pierre/Famille Aspen CO offers free overnight FEDEX shipping, insured, signature required to your residence or business.

If a piece arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately upon receipt of the package.

International Sales: Pierre/Famille will ship to known international clients. We no longer ship internationally to individuals unknown to us. All international transactions are final,

We offer a, no questions asked, 3 days return policy for new clients. Repeat clients of Pierre/Famille will be offered a 7 day, no questions asked, return policy.

All returned pieces must be returned within the above time frame in their original, as received condition, not worn and with all original boxes. Also, with pieces returned, the Pierre/Famille tag must remain on the piece just as received and not removed or tampered with.

One must contact us for the procedure to return the piece back to us safely. These instructions must be adhered to. Any piece of jewelry that is damaged or altered in anyway cannot be returned.

With any piece returned, we ask that Pierre/Famille be reimbursed the shipping costs - in both directions. Also, and again as a reimbursement of our cost, we ask for a 3.5% credit card handling charge if a piece was paid for by a credit card or by Paypal. We do offer discounts for cash and wire transfers.

All pieces sold are accompanied by a detailed appraisal with photographs by our gemologist, suitable for your insurance company and your files. All original GIA certificates, if specified in the listings will be included.
As always, we guarantee our pieces to be in their represented condition and exactly as described.

Pierre/Famille accepts bank wires, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

We understand that buying a piece of jewelry on-line and not in person can create uncertainty. We encourage everyone to telephone us with any and all questions.
