Marked with the initials W.D, an anchor, lion and a small d, (see our magnified photos), this period frame is backed with the original velvet cloth. There is a slight discoloration on the velvet in the upper left corner, and on the sides. There is also a small scratch on the front of the frame, right of the initials that is not easy to see unless under magnification (see our magnified photo), This frame measures in diameter 3.25 inches.
