Rare Gem Specimen Large natural Deep Red Rubellite & White Diamond 18K Ring
Fine natural Rubellite, also called red tourmaline. This stone is bright, clear and displays a vivid and deep raspberry color. This very long emerald cut stone is held by four prongs each set with 3 white brilliant cut small diamonds. The stone weighs exactly 34.77 cts. Long emerald cut Rubellite such as this stone are very difficult to obtain. This stone is one inch long by one half of an inch, 25.5 mm., by 12.72 mm.
On either side of this highly unusual stone are 25 brilliant cut diamonds. Therefore, there are 62 well matched and finely cut diamonds weighing exactly 1.23 cts. This ring is hand fabricated in 18K. Inside the shank, these known weights are stamped on the inside on the shank as well as 750 for 18K.
In like new condition, this ring is a size 6.75 and can be resized.
