Fine Natural 16.4 ct. Fire Opal and Platinum Antique Ring, c. 1915.
Fine high cabochon fire opal weighing 16.4 cts., set in an antique platinum ring, c. 1915. This very unusual stone is crystal clear and displays bright yellow, orange, red and green colors. It has intense vibrant color. The stone is held in ornate prongs.
The weight of the stone is stamped on the inside of the shank, as well as P.M. (.850) for Platinum. This ring is in fine condition, a size 6.5 and can be resized.
