Platinum, Diamond, Frosted Rock Crystal & Carved Flower Vase Pin/Pendant
Platinum, diamond, frosted rock crystal and carved hard stones depicting leaves and budding flowers in a vase, this pendant/brooch is suspended on a 17 inch platinum chain finished with an Art Deco platinum and diamond clasp. The center of this clasp is an emerald cut diamond in a milgrained bezel and surrounded by small European cut diamonds also surrounded by delicate milgraining. This fine and unusual antique clasp works well and has a clasping safety.
The colorful frosted rock crystal vase is holding 5 flowers, the opening 5 petal are carved, etched and frosted citrine, amethyst, lapis and tiger eye. Centering each of these flowers is a small white diamond in a milgrained bezel. The 2 leaves of the flowers are a prong set translucent green hardstone. The approximately 30 white diamonds are surrounded by delicate milgraining.
The vase, sitting on a diamond platform is frosted rock crystal. This piece, in fine condition, is 1.5 inches in length, and marked on the verso irrid. platinum. The pinstem is gold. This lovely vase jewel can be worn on the very fine platinum chain or as a brooch.
