Roman numerals , rose cut diamonds set in platinum hands decorate the face of this clock. Platinum and rose cut diamond elements continue the decoration at the compass points with white enamel and gold surrounding the dial, all against beveled butterscotch agate. This is simply another treasure by Cartier.
