Approximate 3.5 ct natural sapphire carved in the shape of a dog lying on a bed of rose-cut diamonds in the center of the 18K and platinum pendant which is slightly less than one inch in diameter. This doggy has rose cut diamond eyes set in a platinum bezel. Circa 1920
