1930s Art Deco Onyx Coral Diamond Gold Platinum Ring
Nine 12-13 mm circular baguettes of fine orange/red coral and onyx alternate in a milgrained bundle held by pave set diamond bands of early European cut diamonds that are anchored by studs of fancy cut geometric onyx on one side and coral on the other. The 24 diamonds weigh approximately .75 cts. The ring is both platinum and underneath the center section is backed with 18K yellow gold. Possibly French; though, without hallmarks (special order or pieces for exhibitions were often non-hallmarked). This ring is now a size 8 and can be sized.
